Aircraft Appraisers Association (NAAA),
Aero Endeavors Management, Inc., uses the association’s
appraisal program and standards as our primary tools in valuing
aircraft. We believe this appraisal system is the most accurate
and expedient method available.
We also utilize Primedia’s
“Aircraft Blue Book” quarterly CD valuation tool,
and check AOPA’s “Vref” online evaluation
utility in calculating an aircraft’s value.
Reviewing and analyzing the “asking
prices” of comparables listed at various aircraft sales
websites are important factors, as well. We specialize in
performing regression analyses of asking prices, taking into
account key parameters including age of aircraft, airframe
total time, engine and prop TSN/TSMOH, damage history,
avionics, and installed equipment, and upgrades to the original
design.
